In 2024 after a major corporate restructure, Chris Proctor felt called to pivot from her Transformation Director role in big corporate to business consulting in the small business sector. She brings 15 years of strategic knowledge and business acumen from working in Fortune 100 companies, consulting with KPMG, and successfully running an online sales business.

Chris has a wide range of diverse and transferrable skills and enjoys working directly with executive leaders. She is passionate about leading positive, progressive transformation initiatives, identifying areas of opportunities for organizational improvement, and implementing strategic solutions. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration, and has both, Project Management and Change Management certifications.

With experience across many business sectors; IT, Finance, Aeronautics, Engineering, and Non-profit you can rest assured, the core elements of building and running businesses are similar, no matter the size of the organization.
